Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of mindpowerartists.com and to every course and service you buy from Mind Power Artists. By creating an account, making a purchase or using our website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Accounts and Account Security

• You must give accurate and complete information when you register.
• One person per account. Your account is for your own use only and must not be shared.
• You are responsible for keeping your password private and for all activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone has used your account without your permission.
• Users under 18 may register only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Course Access

• Our courses are recorded online courses delivered in the Mind Power Artists student portal.
• Each course purchase gives you 6 months of access from the time your purchase is confirmed.
• Access is personal and non-transferable. It may not be shared, sold or given to anyone else.
• When your access period ends, the course is no longer available in your account.

Intellectual Property

All course videos, audios, texts, materials, names and branding on our website and in the student portal belong to Mind Power Artists. Your purchase gives you a personal right to watch and use the content for your own learning only.

You must not:

• record, download or copy any course content;
• share your login or any content with other people;
• resell, publish, distribute or teach our content as your own.

Breaking these rules may lead to your account being suspended or closed, and we may take legal action.

Services and Sessions

• We offer one-to-one and remote services.
• Sessions can be booked from your student portal from 24 hours after your payment.
• Rescheduling, missed sessions and cancellations are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Payments and Pricing

• All prices are shown and charged in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Payments are processed by the AssanPay payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.
• Your course or service becomes available once your payment has been confirmed.
• Prices may change from time to time. A change does not affect a purchase you have already completed.
• Refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Important Disclaimer

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mind Power Artists is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, for decisions you make based on our courses or services, or for interruptions caused by third-party services such as the payment gateway, video hosting or your internet connection.

Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course or service concerned.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close an account if it is misused, for example if login details are shared, content is recorded or distributed, payments are fraudulent, other users or our team are treated abusively, or these Terms are otherwise broken.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. By continuing to use our website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.
