Courses & Access

How do I buy a course?

Create an account on the Register page, choose your course and pay online in PKR through the secure AssanPay payment gateway.

When will I get access after paying?

As soon as your payment is confirmed, the course appears in your student dashboard and you receive a confirmation email.

How long can I access a recorded course?

Recorded courses come with 6 months of access in the MPA student portal. Access is personal and non-transferable, so please don’t share your login.

Do any courses include a certificate?

Yes. The Mind Power Healing Course includes certification.

Is there a minimum age for any course?

Yes. The minimum age for the Professional Hypnotherapy Course is 15.

How do I join an upcoming course?

The Spiritual Awakening Course starts on 23 October 2026 and the Entrepreneurship Mind Programming Course starts on 9 November 2026. Seats for both are reserved via WhatsApp, and installments are available for the Spiritual Awakening Course. See the Courses page for details.

Payments & Refunds

How can I pay?

All payments are made online in PKR through the AssanPay payment gateway. We never see or store your card details.

Can I get a refund for a course?

You can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, but only if no lesson of the course has been opened. Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method. Read the full Refund & Cancellation Policy.

My payment failed or I was charged twice. What should I do?

If an amount was charged for a failed payment, or you were charged twice, it is refunded. Contact us with your payment details and we will check it. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Services & Appointments

How do I book a session?

After paying for a service, you can book your session from your student portal, starting 24 hours after your payment.

Can I reschedule a session?

Yes. A session can be rescheduled if you ask at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. A missed session without 24 hours’ notice is treated as used. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Assessments

Are the assessments free?

Yes. All 6 assessments are free and online, and each one takes a few minutes. Start one from the Assessments page.

Is an assessment a diagnosis?

No. The assessments are tools for self-reflection and personal growth, not a medical or psychological diagnosis. After the tests, you can book a personal consultation with Sir Sufi Awaisi for expert guidance.

Account & Support

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Open the login page and use the forgot password option to get a reset link by email.
