Mind Power Artists is a personal development brand based at The Plazzo, Gulberg Greens, Islamabad, Pakistan, with programmes mentored by Sir Sufi Awaisi. Through mindpowerartists.com we sell recorded online courses and one-to-one and remote services.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Mind Power Artists.

We collect only the information we need to run your account and deliver what you buy:

• Contact details: your full name, email address and phone or WhatsApp number.

• Purchase records: the courses and services you buy, order and payment status, amounts and dates.
• Appointment details: the dates and times of sessions you book, and any notes you or our team add to them.

We do not collect or store your card details. See Payments below.

• To process your orders and give you access to the courses and services you buy.
• To send purchase confirmation emails and password reset emails.
• To schedule and manage your service sessions.
• To reply to your questions and support requests by email or WhatsApp.

Payments

Payments are processed by the AssanPay payment gateway. Your card details are handled by AssanPay; we never see or store them. We receive only the information needed to confirm your payment, such as its status, amount and reference.

Storage and Security

Your account data is stored with a secure cloud database provider. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data and limit access to people who need it to run our services.

No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

Local Storage and Login

Our website uses your browser’s local storage to keep you logged in to your account. This information stays in your browser. If you clear your browser’s stored site data, you will be logged out and will need to log in again.

Third Parties We Work With
